The Deputy Mayor of Barcelona, María Eugènia Gay Rosell, issued a call to major organizations, associations, and public administrations, including the Government of Spain, the Provincial Council, and the City Council of Barcelona, for the creation of the ‘Barcelona Pact,’ one of the city’s key initiatives aimed at protecting human rights and organizing the ‘World Peace Forum.’
In response to this invitation, last week Mr. Guillermo Muñoz Barduzal, co-founder of GRAM Arquitectura and co-founder of GRAM Wilhelm, participated in the meeting held at Barcelona City Hall as the Secretary-General of the European Culture Foundation for the Promotion of Culture.
Mr. Muñoz is a member of the board of the World Peace Forum, which is being chaired by Mr. José Félix Bentz.
During the meeting to which he was invited, he provided detailed information about the World Peace Forum event and highlighted the opportunity to organize a congress where civil society and public administrations come together, benefiting both the city and the state
