Orçun Girgin’s exhibition “Extremos del Mediterráneo” at the Sitges Yacht Club

A new painting exhibition was inaugurated at the Club Náutico de Sitges on August 2, at 7:00 p.m., at the Club Náutico de Sitges, where the works  of the artists Orçun Girgin and Joan Capella, created as a result of collaboration with the Real Cercle Artístic de Barcelona, were presented.

Orçun Girgin is a young architect and abstract artist from Bodrum. He is the winner of numerous painting awards in his hometown. He uses acrylic, pastel, chalk and markers to create a vibrant and eclectic fusion.

He now lives in Barcelona. His art inspired by the sea invites viewers on a journey full of warm summer breezes and the refreshing salinity of the sea.

Now offering a colourful proposal, the Mediterranean is inspired by the sea, and is the perfect meeting point for a Turkish painter and a Catalan painter in a unique setting such as the “Club Nàutic de Sitges”.

This exhibition will remain open until September 30.
